Kapiche is a fast-growing and successful SaaS company founded in Australia, backed by venture funds, who are looking to further expand their customer base in the US Market. To do this we want to add talented sales executives on the ground, who will be responsible for bringing in new revenue from the North America region.
Our product is serving a market who have previously been sold solutions that are completely underwhelming and Kapiche is here to change that. At the cutting edge of our field, we have successfully found product market fit and solved our customer’s problem around the globe. Now it's time to double our headcount and triple ARR this year as we continue our mission.
As our second local US hire, we are looking for highly motivated sales professionals with previously demonstrated success, who are intelligent self-starters and hungry to accelerate their careers as we grow. We need you to be comfortable to test new value propositions and approaches to penetrate the market more broadly whilst delivering world-class customer experiences.
Preferably, this role will be based in Salt Lake City but will be fully remote for the time being due to the pandemic. You will report directly to the COO who is located in San Francisco.
Your Day To Day Will Involve:
Owning the sales process end-to-end from business planning, initial outreach, discovery, qualification, validation, negotiation to closing deals.
Identify good fit prospects based on the long term goals of their business and alignment with Kapiche’s capabilities.
Obtain sample data from prospects and run jaw-dropping presentations and demonstrations using our software on their data.
Use consulting and relationship building skills to fulfil the role of a trusted adviser for target accounts.
Be able to lay the foundations of your own process to stay on top of what needs to get done.
You will know your own sales metrics (close rate %, win rates % etc) and feel empowered in an environment which has this metrics focus.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
1-2+ years of quota carrying sales experience, particularly in SaaS, B2B software sales, and/or Analytics.
A track record of over-achieving (top 10% of the company).
A natural hunger and resilience to achieve great things… You get the job done.
You have great consultative skills, enjoy building high-quality relationships with customers by taking them through a journey to their desired outcomes
Is driven by process and being able to build your own structurally sound in sales approach.
You are truly motivated in a fast-paced, ever changing environment and are comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity.
