The Opportunity:

Kapiche is about to go through a considerable growth phase in our transition to a scale-up and we require a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us build out our global team.

A passion for recruitment and finding the best candidates, you are people focussed, efficient and known for your ability to identify untapped sourcing channels that support robust and diverse talent pipelines.  You will be working closely with Kapiche’s Founders and hiring managers to coordinate staffing needs and ideally you have exposure and knowledge across a variety of roles as we look to add roles in Sales, Customer Support and Product and Engineering, both in AU & the US.  This role will require you to both recruit personally while also co-ordinating with and managing external recruitment resources for specialised senior roles.

This opportunity will see you be a well respected team member and we want you to bring a wealth of expertise and experience. So far the foundations have been made for our hiring process but we need a specialist to help us take this to the next level. You can have a big impact on scaling this hiring process and creating a people centric candidate experience. Added bonus if you have a passion for Employment Branding as there is an opportunity to also work on related projects in parallel that will boost our EVP. You will be reporting directly to the CEO & COO.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • We want your expertise to continue to build out the recruitment function for Kapiche create further rigour in our current  processes.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process from kicking off a new search, job description development, job postings, sourcing and closing requisitions.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates across a variety of sources from multiple channels whilst developing a best-in-class candidate experience.

  • Maintain and develop ongoing talent acquisition reports and drive toward exceeding performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with our hiring managers to write job ads for current openings and determine  assessment criteria and benchmarking salary packages for each position.

  • Guide current hiring leaders on talent best practices considering elements such as D&I, values based assessments, skills potential, interview processes and candidate experience. 

  • Contribute to building our employer brand through your own external brand, communications and networks.

  • Give global support to aid our expansion plans in the US - Experience with recruiting in the US (and network) would be advantageous. 

To be successful in this role:

  • You have 3+ years of recruitment experience,  covering Software Development and Product, with SaaS Sales and Customer Success a nice to have.

  • Direct sourcing experience with a demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions at different levels of the organisation.

  • You have experience in the effective use of various interview formats (phone, structured, group and skills assessments)

  • Proficient with using applicant-tracking software (Workable ATS experience is preferred)

  • You have proven ability to achieve outcomes partnered with a love for delivering the best candidate experience in the market.

  • You are known for your excellent communications - You are able to intelligently articulate information about roles and Kapiche’s positioning, mission, culture and values.

  • You have mastered the art to balance multiple tasks within agreed time frames and priorities.

  • You are truly motivated in a fast-paced, ever changing environment and are comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity.
